1. Subscription Services

Gym Analytic provides cloud-based gym management software through monthly and annual subscription plans.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error.
• The payment was deducted but your subscription was not activated, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• A verified technical issue prevents you from using the service, and we are unable to provide a reasonable solution.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Failure to use the software.
• Lack of required internet connectivity or compatible devices.
• Subscription renewals.
• Partial usage of a subscription period.
• Account suspension due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges but will not automatically result in a refund for the current subscription period.

Your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
• Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
